Sickness Absence

I work with you on the best way to promote attendance at work in a way that is consistent and reasonable, through managing absence. I will:
- Support and advise you in managing short or long term sickness absence, pregnancy related or disability related absence, or absence due to a degenerative condition or work related stress
- Record sickness absence data and analysis
- Organise Occupational Health assessments
- Support you in carrying out informal and formal sickness absence meetings
- Progress ill health retirements
- Manage and progress staff terminations on the grounds of capability due to ill health
