I am a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and work to their high standards set in the Code of Professional Conduct relating to professional competence, behaviour, ethical practice and integrity. I have been resolving people-centred issues for over 20 years, providing leaders with advice and guidance on the wide range of HR matters.  I have  experience of working within both the public and private sectors; from local authorities to the NHS and from global organisations to SMEs. 

I am results orientated, business driven and work in a common sense and sensitive manner. HR does not come in a ‘one size fits all’ package, therefore flexibility and adaptability are high on my approach as to how I work with you.  I prefer not to ‘HR’ from behind a desk, and like to visit your premises to get to know you, your commercial priorities, your business and your people.
